With over 30 years of experience in sales and leadership, Todd transitioned into real estate in 2017, specializing in the Durham Region. He has successfully represented both buyers and sellers across various property types, including single-family homes, land parcels, and condos, in both rural and suburban areas.

In 2021, Todd shifted his focus to the Georgian Bay area, where his deep understanding of the "Cottage Experience" enhances his ability to guide clients through this unique market. His in-depth knowledge enables him to deliver exceptional results for both buyers and sellers.

In addition to his real estate work, Todd operates a water taxi service, offering clients the opportunity to explore water-access properties safely and easily, enriching their property search experience.
